Today we went to Gardner Village to see the witches. I always enjoy going to Gardner Village because it's historic, charming and full of shops with unique gifts. I really enjoyed going to the doll shop--they had a giant Raggedy Ann doll there. My other favorite is the Village Quilt Shop where I bought my quilt rack. Grandma let Michael pick out a toy--out of all of the options, he chose a Slingshot Monkey! It was a good thing we got there when we did because we were literally the last car they let in--the attendant put up the lot full sign right behind us. The grandkids all got Halloween shirts from Old Navy and Gap and were treated to breakfast at IHOP in addition to going to see the witches. Here are some of my favorites:
