UPDATE: They are under contract on the house and move in next month. We went and saw their house on Sunday. It is HUGE and there are walk-in closets in all the bedrooms. The lot is BIG and 2/3 is fenced. Space and storage will not be a problem! Michael said their place is "exciting" but they need toys;) He wants to go over and visit right now but we keep having to remind him that they haven't moved in yet plus they are probably at work.
So, Jeremy's sister and her husband may be moving into our area. They are under contract to sell their Holladay duplex that they inherited from his dad and are just waiting to hear from the bank on their offer for a house in Lehi--it's right behind our LDS church stake center and about half a mile from our house. Michael is excited and said he'd love to ride his bike over there. We'll cross our fingers and see what happens.
