The kids had a fun New Year's Eve party at Grandma's house. They got to wear hats and beads, blow noise makers, eat fun food and watch fireworks. Michael even got to do sparklers. We rang in 2012 at 10 p.m. local time with New York City (12 midnight eastern) so we could get the kids to bed.
