Itty Bitty Soccer

For the past two weeks, Michael has been going to Itty Bitty Soccer (for 3 and 4 year olds) over at Lehi Legacy Center. His time was M-W-F 10:15-11:15 so Jeremy took him on Mondays and then I took him the other days.

Each class they set up different stations to teach them how to play soccer (kicking, defending, running, warmups, etc.) and them had scrimmage games of increasing duration as they became more knowledgeable. They got a treat everyday (just Laffy Taffy) and on the last day they gave them a balloon and sucker.

Based on how it went, I think I'm going to wait until he's 4 before we do another one of these! He did O.K. but refused to take off his hat, was very shy and many of his teammates were 4 (almost 5); therefore, they did a better job learning and playing the game.
