Safe Kids Fair

I took my kids to the Safe Kids Fair on Saturday because my department (Alpine School District Transportation) was going to be up there with a couple buses teaching bus safety and also to give Michael an opportunity to meet Captain America. We waited in line for 30 minutes on that but it was his favorite moment of the afternoon so totally worth it. He wanted to get a balloon animal and his face painted but the lines were long and the twins had had enough so we had to cut it short. Michael also got to ride a scooter in the bicycle safety rodeo. We came home with lots of great safety information, stickers and candy. The twins' favorite part of the day? A tie between seeing the police dogs and the buses!
